1. General Overview

AndroMarkets Ltd., a registered entity under the laws of St. Lucia, herein referred to as "the Company", is offering a limited-period promotional bonus in the form of a 100% tradable credit ("the Bonus") to eligible clients who satisfy the criteria set forth in these Terms & Conditions. The Bonus is structured to enhance trading capital without direct monetary value or redeemability and shall be governed solely in accordance with the conditions detailed herein

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The Bonus is available exclusively to clients who maintain a Standard Account on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform and have completed full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, as required under the Company's compliance framework.

2.2 The promotional offer is open to both newly onboarded and pre-existing clients, provided that:

• Each qualifying deposit must be no less than USD $50

• The total cumulative Bonus issued per client shall not exceed USD $300 during the campaign period.

• Only one account per verified client is eligible. The Company reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and nullify all associated bonuses and profits in case of multi-accounting.

2.3 The following categories of individuals or entities are explicitly excluded from participation:

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of the Company or its subsidiaries.

• Partners or white-label operators associated with AndroMarkets' brokerage services.

• Individuals from restricted jurisdictions or where participation would violate local laws or regulations.

3. Bonus Terms

• The Bonus shall be calculated at a fixed rate of 100% of each qualifying deposit made within the campaign window, subject to the cumulative cap of $300 per client.

• The Bonus shall be credited as non-withdrawable trading credit, reflected under the "Credit" section of the MT5 platform.

• While the Bonus itself is non-redeemable, any profits generated through trading activities involving the Bonus capital shall be withdrawable, subject to compliance with all other terms of this agreement.

• The Company may, at its discretion, delay or withhold the Bonus crediting process in the event of suspected transactional manipulation or irregular funding activity

4. Withdrawal-Related Conditions

• The Bonus is strictly non-withdrawable. It is issued exclusively for trading purposes and cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.

• If a client initiates a withdrawal of any amount before meeting internal risk and compliance verifications, the Bonus will be immediately and irrevocably removed from the client's account.

• The Company will not be liable for any margin shortfalls or liquidation consequences arising from Bonus removal due to withdrawals.

5. Bonus Neutralization Conditions (Burn Rule)

• In the event that a client's account equity falls below the issued Bonus (Credit) amount, the Bonus shall be deemed neutralized and will be automatically and irrevocably removed from the trading account

• Additionally, if a client initiates a withdrawal from the account, the Bonus will also be immediately burned and removed.

• This neutralization mechanism is algorithmically managed and executed without manual intervention or prior notice.

• Clients shall bear full responsibility for managing their margin and risk levels to avoid triggering this burn condition. The Company shall not be liable for resultant losses or stop-outs caused by Bonus removal.

• This mechanism ensures fair use of trading credit and prevents abuse or over-leveraging derived from non-cash-equivalent Bonus capital.

6. Fraud, Abuse & Trading Integrity Measures

6.1 The Company retains the right to disqualify and reverse the Bonus and/or profits of any client found engaging in, or attempting to engage in, any of the following prohibited actions:

100 clients will be randomly selected after the campaign ends to receive bonus gifts:

• Operating multiple accounts under falsified or manipulated identities.

• Executing mirror or hedge trades across internal or external accounts with the purpose of exploiting Bonus credit.

• Coordinated trading behavior between affiliates or referred users intended to manipulate the promotional benefit.

• Use of high-frequency algorithmic strategies, expert advisors (EAs), or bots not pre-approved by the Company.

• Unauthorized use of VPNs, shared IPs, or location-masking services in conflict with client registration data.

6.2 The Company reserves the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts involved in such activity, and may report violations to relevant regulatory authorities if warranted.

7. General Operational Conditions

• The Bonus campaign is active exclusively between 14th July 2025 and 14th August 2025, and only deposits made within this timeframe will be eligible.

• The Bonus is applicable solely to trading in Forex, Commodities, and Metals. Indices, cryptocurrencies, or other asset classes may be excluded at the Company's discretion.

• The Bonus may not be combined with other promotional offerings, rebates, or deposit multipliers unless specifically approved in writing by the Company.

• All trading activity conducted under this campaign shall be subject to AndroMarkets' standard Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure Statement, and Execution Policy, which remain in full force

8. Legal & Governing Provisions

8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of St. Lucia, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

8.2 AndroMarkets Ltd. reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional campaign.

• Decline issuance or revoke Bonus credit at its sole discretion.

• Interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions conclusively and without appeal.

8.3 By participating in this campaign, clients confirm their full understanding and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as all related internal policies of AndroMarkets Ltd.
